RDE will ensure customer satisfaction with purchases.

We strive to use the highest quality materials without cutting corners to reproduce this unique art. Since the discovery of some original posters in the past 10 years, we have made small design updates and even color changes that we feel make these posters closer to the original designs. Remember, each poster is individually hand made and therefore slightly different; this is especially true of our split fountain posters (Acadia, Hawaii, See America Arches, Petrified Forest, and Mt. McKinley) If you are not 100% satisfied with our products, return them for a complete replacement or refund.

Our shipping methods have changed along with the recent bank credit card regulations. With the limits of e-commerce, we've taken another look at our shipping rates in an attempt to smooth out the rates among various types and combinations of orders. We hope this new shipping rate schedule is fair to all of our customers. Thanks you for your interest in our products.

Shipping is calculated by the value of the order. The following schedule is in effect:

    • Domestic (Domestic shipping costs are capped at $12.50):
      • $0-$10: $2.50
      • $11-$20: $4.00
      • $21-$42: $8.00
      • $43 and above: $12.50
    • International (Posters are shipped rolled for international deliveries):
      • $0-$10: $5.00
      • $11-$20: $7.00
      • $21 and above: $15.00

Standard Delivery
We use UPS Ground and the U.S. Postal Service to ship most orders. Standard delivery rates are available below. You can normally expect to receive your order in 10-14 business days following our receipt.

Damaged Shipments
If your order is damaged in shipping, please report it immediately to RDE at mail@rangerdoug.com or toll free 1 888-972 7678.  Please hold onto the packing and the poster for 10 business days.  RDE will submit a claim for damages and simultaneously replace the damaged order.

Floor Displays:  Appproximately 32" square and 5 1/2' tall with 8 lexan poster-slides (each enclosing two posters) accessible from either side.  Two sides feature interpretation of WPA-CCC history and the other two sides are product related.  Storage for 16 posters on bottom--Series I and II on opposing sides.  Card holders for note card sets and postcards surround featured poster.  Sloping mid-level panel depicts photographs and 1940 WPA display--wing panels tell the history of the Federal Poster Project.   Storage for notecards on top (out of view).  DOI seal on one lower panel and WPA/CCC on the obverse.  We will paint/trim to your specifications. 

Wall Displays:  36" tall X 24" wide, this display shows your park poster print with seven surround postcards and an interpretive panel below.
