Our shipping methods have changed along with the recent bank credit card regulations. With the limits of e-commerce and increases in shipping costs, we’ve taken another look at our shipping rates in an attempt to smooth out the rates among various types and combinations of orders. We hope this new shipping rate schedule is fair to all of our customers. Thanks you for your interest in our products.

Shipping is calculated by the value of the order. The following schedule is in effect:

• Domestic (Domestic shipping costs are capped at $20.00):
  • $80 and above: $20.00
  • $40-$79.99: $15:00
  • $20-$39.99: $8.00
  • $10-$19.99: $4.00
  • $0-$9.99: $2.50
• International (Posters are shipped rolled for international deliveries):
  • $0-$9.99: $7.00
  • $10-$19.99: $12.00
  • $20 and above: $20.00

We ship from Seattle Monday-Thursday. Generally orders are shipped within 2-3 business days of receipt. If you order on Thursday night, we’ll ship early the next week. UPS ground transit time is 1-3 days for us for the Western half of the US, 4-5 days for the Eastern half of the US. We ship most non-poster orders via USPS. USPS is generally 2-3 business days for all parts of the US. If you need faster shipping call us and we can quote pricing for expedited orders.
 
We will send you tracking information on all poster orders. The tracking information email comes from either UPS or USPS. Please check your Junk Email folder if you don’t see it.

Damaged Shipments
If your order is damaged in shipping, please report it immediately to RDE at mail@rangerdoug.com or toll free 1 888-972 7678.  Please hold onto the packing and the poster for 10 business days.  RDE will submit a claim for damages and simultaneously replace the damaged order at no charge.

Our Shipping Materials
Everything we ship is biodegradable.  The only “plastic” is the cover for the note cards and it does degrade over time, unlike many of the other durable plastics out there.
