Product Description

Ranger Doug’s Enterprises is the only source for faithful reproductions of WPA National Park serigraphed posters. We have hand-redrawn every screen from the original black and white photographs; a process that took over five years. From these ‘new’ screens, we recolored each poster using period artwork and palettes. Each of our posters are individually screened prints using Nasdar inks on Neenah 80 pound Environmental Natural White, smooth acid free cover stock and are made entirely in America. Many of our posters utilize the split fountain technique where two inks flow together resulting in a print that is totally unique. Some of our posters come in both original WPA colors and our “Ranger Doug” colors. We have kept the original sizes used by the Federal Poster Project however some posters differ by up to 1/2 inch. Original size was approximately 13 1/2″ X 19″. We recommend that you do not PRE-order frames because the posters vary in size by as much as 1/2 inch. We guarantee 100% satisfaction with all our products.

Our note cards and postcards are printed at Paragon Press in Salt Lake City. They print many items you will find in National Park bookstores. Our note cards come eight to a box and were selected in groups as they were republished. There is no geographic grouping, however custom orders are available upon request. Note cards come in a clear plastic box–our only option–please recycle them. We use only corn starch packing peanuts that dissolve in water–recycle where possible.

As mentioned elsewhere in our website, many cheap knockoffs of this rare art are now circulating on the internet on t-shirts, coffee mugs and neckties, to mention a few. Many of these are in violation of our copyright and further confuse the customer–beware of print-on-demand counterfeits!
